1. Request Period

We accept refund or exchange requests within 7 calendar days after receiving the product, as per the Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8.078/1990).

2. Conditions for Refund

Refunds will be accepted in the following situations:

  • Product with proven manufacturing defect
  • Product different from the order placed
  • Product damaged during transport (with photographic record)
  • Cancellation of purchase within the legal period of 7 days (online purchases)

3. Conditions That Do Not Generate a Refund

  • Product with signs of use, damage due to misuse, or intentional damage
  • Request made after the 7-day period
  • Product without original packaging or with violated seal (except in case of defect)

4. How to Request

Contact us by email contato@fullmelt.com.br or by phone +55 (48)99969-7015 informing:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the request
  • Photos of the product (when applicable)

5. Refund Process

After analysis and approval, the refund will be processed within 10 business days via the same payment method used in the purchase. For payments via Pix or bank slip, the refund will be made by bank transfer.

6. Product Exchange

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, the new product will be sent after the returned item is received and verified, with no additional shipping cost to the customer.
